Characteristics of our PPR pipe and fittings for hot-cooling water supply:

-- Light weight. Density is 0.89-0.9g/cm3, is only the 1/9 of steel pipe and 1/10 of copper tubing. Due to light weight, so it really easy for construction.
-- Non-poisonous. PP-R material is component with carbine and hydrogen without add any stablilizer, so this figure has met the Nation Authority Bureau standard.  
-- Good Heat Resistant. Long term using is in the water temperature 70 and short term, using is the 95, soft temperature is 140.  
-- Pipe Life. In the normal temperature and pressure, the pipe life is more than 50 years.  
-- Good Abrasion Resistance. Except certain oxidant, PP-R pipe can resist many chemical matters, and can not rust,corrosion.  
-- Good Thermal Insulation. The thermal conduct coefficient is lower than other pipe coefficient, for example cooper pipe is 333W/mk, so PP-R pipe has a good thermal insulation ability.  
-- Low Swelling Ability. Due to the PP-R pipe elastic modulus is small, so it is good for inserting in the wall and underground.  
-- Low Flow Resistant.Interior should be smoothly, dray coefficient is 0.007, much lower than other metal pipe. Flow ability is higher than metal pipe 30%.  
-- Good connection. PP-R pipe adopts the thermal melting connection, so make pipe and pipe fitting connect perfectly. The impact and coiling ability is better than other part of pipe, so that avoid the water leakage.  
-- Good environment. We use the pipe that is not bad for our environment and also will not cause any pollution.  
-- Completeness. PP-R pipe system is complete and can deal with general engineering requirements.    
-- Modest cost. The cost of PP-R pipe system is the same as that of zinc-plating pipe. Installation is easy, cost is low.
