We manufacture finished pvc window and doors with our own profiles which have speical anti-uv coating on the sight surface. This improve the aging resistance and discolor resistance of the profiles.

According to EU PVC Profile standard EN 12608-2003, there are 3 types of profiles according to the thickness of sight surface of profiles, A type, B type and C type. We can supply all these three types.  Our group company can supply you 2.8mm, 2.5mm,2.2mm and 2.2mm profiles if with different requirements.

According to EU PVC Profile standard EN 12608-2003, there are 2 types of profiles according to the anti-aging ability of profiles, S type and M type. S type means the profiles can be used for tough weather conditions, and M type means the profiles can only be used for moderate weather conditions. We can also supply these two types according to your special demands.

Concerning window&door types, we can produce dozens of different styles window and doors, such as fixed window, outward opening or inward opening window and doors, tilt&turn window and doors, sliding window and doors, folding doors, french doors, pivot windows, awning windows, hopper windows, bay&bow windows, shutters, etc.

When it comes to colors, we can supply you different demands, such as colorful windows from ASA/PVC Co-extrusion profiles, from lamination profiles (lamination film from Renolit, Germany or Dungsong, South Korea), from printed colorful profiles. The thermal transmittance coefficient can get to 1.3 W/M2.K if widnow with our 6 chambers, 2.8mm profiles and double glazed Low-E glasses. And it can be even lower if window using our 6 chamber,2.8mm profiles, three glazed glasses.
