Here are characteristics of our PVC Double-wall Corrugated pipe:

-- The PVC-U double-wall corrugated pipes, owing to their outer wall ripples, increases their own inertial moment, rigidity and press ability. At the same time, some longitudinal flexibility is deigned to the pipes.
-- The inner wall of the pipes is smooth, which reduces the internal friction force of the pipes. It helps the delivering of liquids and the threading of cables.
-- The pipes are compression resistant thanks to their shaped cross section.
-- The pipes are light in weight and saves more than 40% of raw and processed materials. They are competitive in price.
-- It is economic to lay such pipes because there is little loss in transportation and installation. There is no need for large area excavation. Furthermore, there is no need to use special solidifying auxiliary materials. So it is convenient for execution and greatly reduces the erection time.
-- Flame retardant, corrosion resistant, and ageing resistant as well.

Usually the pipe length is 4m. Also we can produce any length pipe to satisfy our customers.
